Prepare the Package
Place the device and all original accessories, manuals, and chargers back into the original Therabody packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship to Service Centre
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our designated Singapore service centre using a trackable courier service.
Inspection and Refund
